I hope you´re all doing very well and that you enjoyed a relaxing weekend! For me, it was the second weekend of being back in Den Haag, which meant lots of ´re-exploring´, going out with friends and long walks at the beach. Plus, I shot some pretty spectacular pictures for the blog that are coming your way pretty soon…
Now let´s get into today´s blog post, which, to be fair, is all about my passion for pink. – So today I wanted to share one of my favorite pink outfits with you!
This set is a combination of some pink tracksuit shorts and a silk, button-up shirt – Both designed by one of my favorite brands that I discovered in Copenhagen called ARKET.
ARKET is one of my newly-discovered, favorite brands when it comes to simplistic clothing. Everything they design has a rather simplistic cut however, stands out through beautiful colors and added detailing. Another thing that really stands out to me every single time I buy an ARKET product, is the incredible high-quality material of their products – The quality of the material makes a visible difference when you wear a clothing item in my opinion!
My favorite thing about this outfit apart from – of course – the color, is the contrast these two clothing items evoke. The combination of a tracksuit short and a silk shirt is really chic and sporty at the same time – I personally could not love this style more!
Of course, it would not be me if I did not style it with some socks and sneakers. These socks especially add another fun, colorful touch to the outfit.
As we´re moving towards colder times of this year though, this outfit also offers some versatility which I love! You can easily combine the silky shirt with a nice pair of mom jeans and some gold jewelry. Here is some more inspiration…
However, if you are blessed to be living in a warmer country and the seasons do not affect you as much as me, you could also style the shorts individually. Paired with a simple white shirt and a blazer – You´re good to go!
I personally loved adding a touch of light blue into this third look in form of some glitter socks, which match the writing of the shirt – Light blue gives a lovely contrast to the pink!
