These three breakfast bowl recipes are inspired by the basic smoothie bowl, but with a twist. Whether you like it fruity, creamy or sweet — there is something in it for everyone!
And trust me, you don´t have to be a morning person to enjoy a nice breakfast! Prepare your breakfast bowl of choice in the evening and keep it in the fridge — ready for whenever they might be needed.
It is guaranteed that they´ll give you all the energy you need in the morning — So put your coffee and your plain toast aside and let´s get cooking!

Kefir Bowl
Who said smoothie bowls can´t be fancy? This Kefir bowl is the ultimate breakfast goals for all berry lovers! With its detoxing fibers, I guarantee it´s going to give you all the energy that you need in the morning!Ingredients (for 2 portions)
- 200g frozen berry mix
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 250ml Kefir
Topping Ideas
- Pomegranate
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Chia Seeds
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix frozen berries together. Let sit for 10 minutes to de-frost a bit. Cut ripe banana into smaller pieces. Add to bowl. Top up everything with Kefir and Honey. Use a blender. Blend until smooth and bubbly.
Pour into breakfast bowl. Serve with a handful of Pomegranate seeds, Chia seeds, Blueberries and Raspberries on top.
Save the rest for later in the freezer or share with your loved one!

Overnight Oats
Overnight Oats are the perfect breakfast for anyone who loves their extra 10 minute snooze in the morning.
The basic oat mixture can be pre-made in the evenings, kept in the fridge and pimped with a variety of different toppings — Ready to be taken to work!
Ingredients
- 200ml Oat milk
- 80g Oats
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons honey
Toppings
- Greek yoghurt
- Honey
- Pumpkin seeds
- Blueberries
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, incorporate oats with oat milk. Add honey and cinnamon. Stir until mixture is well combined. Seal with a lid or a layer of cling film. Leave in the fridge overnight. Add mixture into breakfast bowl. Top up with a tablespoon of greek yoghurt, pumpkin seeds, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
Save the rest for later in the fridge or share with your loved one!
